let me ma bump this thread again.
Guys what's this about changing gears without stepping off the gas??? Nee man, julle ry mos nie Tata's nie.
Snap change is just a very fast gear change. Very fast clutch pedal, gear stick and accelerator pedal action, that's all. You all do it every time you race. OK some think they snap change when they in fact granny shift, lol. I have seen this alot.
Mr Worx, any more feedback from those driving with the CC?

Lmimp for the tata comment.
OK so now that we know what 'snap changing' is. What is double clutching? What advantages can be gained from double clutching? I know both of these methods of changing gears cant be good. So which gear change would be best? Without really damaging your clutch?

Do you know something I don't.
Can't wait to get the car back, then will definately give you a review. Derm already told me when he got them they look awesome. I have no doubts the performance should match.

Derm said that when he opened the BOX, he had to tuck it under and tighten the drawstring of his shorts

How many have Snap changed and over rev the car and break rockers lol. I did this twice and a scary noise when you dis-engage the clutch in the wrong gear.
Cant wait to see the Q-Mile times with these clutches - FREE BUMP!!!!!!!!!!!

Back in 2004 near the end of the year, my mate and I were driving to Richards Bay and I was telling him about double clutching to a lower gear. He thought he would give it a go and ended up in the wrong gear, over rev, and blown rockers. You right about the k@k sound. Lucky we were a km away from the turn off.
As a side note, this was the same mate that introduced me to the 200 Gsi and Sti. I was really impressed with the car and took me over 5 years before I got my own. Don't know why I waited so long, but it was worth it over and over again.
